LJB Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to join our Transportation Practice in Ohio (Dayton, Cleveland, or Columbus). We offer a competitive base pay of $114,000 to $140,000 per year, with experience, certifications, and regional market standards guiding the exact figure.

You will lead traffic studies, signal design, and corridor analysis while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating project tasks. Occasional site visits and travel may be required as part of client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• P.E. license.
• 7 to 15 years of experience.
• Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, SIDRA, TransModeler, VISSIM.
• AutoCAD/MicroStation/Geopak/Open Roads Designer and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Highway Capacity Manual.
