• 5+ years of substantive trademark experience
• Strong background in prosecution and enforcement
• Experience with international trademark portfolios
• Excellent writing and client-communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and international trademark matters.
• Develop and execute prosecution strategies, including overcoming refusals.
• Perform trademark clearance searches and assessments.
• Assess copyrightability and pursue copyright applications.
• Advise clients on brand launches and enforcement strategies.
• Prepare and advise on commercial IP-related agreements.
• Handle enforcement matters, TTAB proceedings, and federal cases.
• Collaborate with international counsel on cross-border strategies.
• Mentor associates and paralegals in the group.
