• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 8–10+ years’ experience in trade compliance with direct responsibility for import/export.
• Knowledge of 19 CFR, Foreign Trade Regulations, and ECCN.
• Background in customs compliance and tariff management.
• Experience in communication with Customs.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export activities, policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain trade compliance program per US laws and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive compliance.
• Oversee customs reporting, valuation, COO and classification.
• Maintain documentation and update the Customs Compliance Manual.
• Manage brokers and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate training and post-entry AES audits.
