First Citizens Bank is seeking a risk-focused professional to design and execute centralized Third-Party Risk Management reviews. The role analyzes financial risk, supports risk assessments, diligence, and lifecycle activities within the TPRM program.

The ideal candidate has a track record in risk management or financial analysis, and may hold a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience; MBA is a plus. The position is hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years in risk management, or a high school diploma with 8 years in risk/finance analysis.
• MBA is preferred for senior risk roles.
• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of process evaluation methods to address risks.
• Source, compile and interpret data to analyze risk trends and discrepancies.
• Produce reports highlighting risk patterns and areas for mitigation.
• Support operational processes and educate on risk policies and procedures.
