Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for the Quality Closed Loop Learning team. You will lead multi-disciplinary programs, plan requirements with stakeholders, and communicate tradeoffs to executives while guiding data center projects from design through operations.

The role emphasizes deploying Closed-Loop Learning across project lifecycles, managing field issues, and minimizing disruptions to optimize costs in global data centers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 5 years with technical teams on data center projects.
• 5 years in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience developing quality metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy end-to-end from product design to site planning and handover.
• Establish relationships with process owners to drive preventative actions and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Train teams in Closed-Loop Learning sessions and capture lessons learned.
• Identify gaps and standardize scalable business processes with metrics.
• Help the organization deliver capacity with lower CoPQ and total cost of ownership.
