Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-organizational programs for Prime Video’s central program team. You will design long-term solutions, align stakeholders, and deliver ML/AI-enabled outcomes across CX, Discovery, and Commerce.

You will partner with engineering and product leaders to drive technical decisions, simplify complex problem spaces, and ensure delivery excellence with data-driven judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex programs with cross-organizational impact.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces with undefined problem/strategy.
• Define program scope, requirements, and long-term plans for high-visibility initiatives.
• Identify gaps and risks; design simplified solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and architectural trade-offs across teams.
• Partner with science and engineering teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders and align on goals and priorities.
• Build consensus across organizations for senior leadership.
• Establish program mechanisms for consistent delivery and long-term excellence.
• Clear roadblocks with the right resources to maintain momentum.
• Promote best practices across TPM and engineering communities.
• Mentor and develop other TPMs.
