Job summary

Google LLC's Geo organization seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead the Analytics PMO within Geo Makers. You will shape the portfolio of high-impact programs, set strategy, and drive organizational change to accelerate delivery of critical analytics initiatives across Google-wide platforms.

You'll lead and grow a team of TPMs and PMs, bridge engineering, product management, and external user ecosystems, and ensure alignment with Geo's top OKRs while delivering measurable analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience driving technical programs focused on analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and objectives for the Analytics PMO, building teams, tools, and processes to boost organizational effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical bets and high-uncertainty initiatives, structuring newly formed teams and scopes.
• Provide equivalent engineering insight during architectural discussions, resolving disagreements, evaluating technical trade-offs, and mitigating platform dependencies.
• Partner across engineering, product, and business strategy while acting as a trusted leadership proxy to drive decisions and align Geo stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor high-performing Program Managers, cultivate theTechnical Program Manager (T/PgM) talent pipeline, and lead a broader community and citizenship initiatives.
