Amazon's WW Stores Finance Technology team seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own lifecycle of cross-functional programs with major business and tech impact.

You will align stakeholders, drive strategy, and deliver outcomes that matter to customers, leveraging Generative AI and automation to accelerate planning, execution, and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 6+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Demonstrated fluency in utilizing Generative AI tools to enhance program management effectiveness and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of large, complex cross-functional technology programs from concept through delivery.
• Build strategic roadmaps by driving consensus among Tech and Finance partners; influence prioritization and decisions.
• Influence system owners, architecture decisions, and organizational priorities; advise Sr. Managers and Directors on strategy.
• Champion the adoption of Generative AI tools and automation across program management workflows.
• Manage program-level schedules, risks, and milestones; balance priorities across teams.
• Own program communication — drive crisp decisions and present to senior leadership.
• Drive simplification and efficiency in engineering systems and architectures.
• Develop and share operational best practices to create repeatable delivery paths.
• Synthesize complex problems into simple narratives for cross-functional audiences.
