Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a major corporation in New York City. The role is a 12+ month contract with on-site work four days per week and remote Fridays, paying $85-$90/hr DOE.

Qualifications

Engineering background or heavy engineering experience as TPM.
Super technical PM; will not be leading any scrum ceremonies.
Familiarity with Claude will be helpful, Jira and Airtables experience.

Responsibilities

Own complex, high-visibility programs from planning through delivery.
Coordinate across teams, programs, and organizational boundaries.
Drive risk identification, mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Translate technical architecture, tooling, and tradeoffs for varied audiences.
Guide TPMs and stakeholders as a program delivery subject matter expert.
Support strategic prioritization by advising leadership on tradeoffs.
Scale Agile and project management practices across team-of-teams environments.
Increase team velocity by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources.
