Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Data Hall Design to drive complex infrastructure programs across Data Center design workstreams, ensuring scalable OCI capacity delivery.

You will lead cross-functional execution, manage blockers, governance, and stakeholder alignment, and communicate executive-level updates. This role operates as an individual contributor reporting to the TPM Director for Data Hall Design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related field.
• Experience driving large-scale cross-functional technical/infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery lifecycles.
• Experience building program mechanisms (roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, dashboards).
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution for complex Data Hall Design programs, including roadmaps and milestones.
• Establish program mechanisms such as milestone reviews, dependency trackers, risk registers, executive updates, KPI dashboards, escalation paths.
• Translate OCI capacity priorities into clear execution plans across design, construction, networking, colocation, operations, supply chain, and vendors.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leaders, including delivery status, risks, trade-offs, mitigation plans, and decisions.
