Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing a telecommunications or data networking business unit.
• Experience with network infrastructure and Layer 1, 2, and 3 network services (e.g., dark fiber, DWDM).
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with significant network deployment or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities.
• Experience managing third parties to successfully execute against objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and engineers.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and scalable workforce solutions for network deployment and repair.
• Collaborate with site acquisition, Edge Infrastructure, and colocation providers for scalable deployments.
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and oversight; serve as escalation point for quality assurance.
