Amazon's AIS Material Optimization team is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive high-visibility, large-scale system improvements across global AIS supply chain, partnering with data engineering, BI, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role focuses on cross-functional leadership, project planning, risk management, and executive communication, enabling transformative supplier data that improves visibility and performance at cloud scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 4+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• 6+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years driving enterprise supply chain transformations.
• 3+ years leading supply chain integrations with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management for data platform and pipeline integrations with data engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end project execution including scoping, design, testing, implementation, and post-launch improvements.
• Manage change across stakeholder groups including business owners and AIS supply chain users.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Partner with data engineering and BI teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership.
