Job summary

Amazon AWS Applied AI Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead GenAI/Agentic AI programs that transform enterprise supply-chain applications at global scale.

You will partner with product, engineering and ML teams to drive strategy, influence architecture decisions and delivery outcomes across multiple organizations, while maintaining a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries.
• Partner with product management and technical leadership to align roadmaps and identify areas for investment.
• Influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
• Communicate effectively to engineers and leadership to earn trust and ensure delivery
