Job summary

Teradata seeks an experienced Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of large, multi-team programs across product areas. You will own execution from kickoff to launch, building strong partnerships with engineering, product, and business teams.

You will coordinate planning, risk management, and status reporting, while promoting data-driven prioritization and continuous improvement. A strong focus on AI-enabled productivity will guide initiatives across the workforce.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical program management experience.
Multi-team delivery experience with large engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and data analytics.
Hands-on Agile delivery and program tracking.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Foundational AI skills and applicability to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
Maintain detailed program plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making.
Translate program status into clear updates for leadership.
Identify and escalate risks; drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams.
Surfacing trade-offs with product and engineering leadership.
