Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD core networking in the Leo NTN system. This role covers architecture, verification, and deployment to deliver reliable, scalable satellite connectivity.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware and software vendors, and network operators to ensure performance, reliability, and timely delivery of the Leo NTN solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with wireless and mobile networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program management for Leo DTD core network integration across the Leo DTD constellation.
• Drive programs from architecture/design through integration, qualification testing, and deployment.
• Develop processes connecting engineering, vendors, operators, and software teams to ensure network readiness.
• Identify risks, build mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.
