You will supervise field crews and coordinate with engineering, safety, and project management to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role requires 50% travel to project sites, deep knowledge of telecom tower structures, rigging, and foundation, plus strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Safety, or related field with 8+ years directing telecom tower projects.
  • Associate degree with 10+ years of telecom tower construction or wireless site development experience.
  • High school diploma with 12+ years of direct tower construction/wireless site experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tower construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, safety, and project management to meet schedules.
  • Review plans, lift and rigging plans, and contractor submissions for compliance.
  • Mentor field staff and manage FCRs and overtime requests.
  • Travel to project sites as required and manage project lifecycles.
