The TPM and Reliability engineer role is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing equipment and processes are running efficiently and reliably. The role will consist of shop floor activities, data analytics using AI and problem solving. The TPM Engineer will be a key liaison between the NPI/Project teams and the plant operation, manufacturing teams, and Maintenance Team; ensuring that plant priorities and objectives are clearly understood and considered for the area under their ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the proactive maintenance requirements for assets to increase plant productivity, maximize reliability performance in a sustainable way and to capture all opportunities for process improvement while reducing total costs. The Engineer focuses on building capabilities within the manufacturing organization in leaders to solve business critical equipment performance issues.

Position Requirements: Ability to influence and guide mid-level managers and reconcile competing interests and priorities Ability to develop and train in others on TPM, Maintenance Strategies (CBM, PDM, PM) and Equipment Reliability Fundamentals. Possess optimism towards achieving positive outcome and competitiveness to translate a plan into action. Demonstrated proficiency of standardized work and 1x1 problem solving. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Expertise in maintenance and reliability processes such as lubrication management, vibration and thermal analysis, and FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis).
