Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent four-year technical degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5-8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in injection molding industry and GMP/GLP environment.
• Proficient in GD&T tolerancing.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain tooling spare parts to ensure production readiness.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of tooling‑related production issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support stable manufacturing operations.
• Mentor Tooling Engineers and Mold Makers to build technical capability.
• Provide guidance to Team Members and Leadership on tooling matters.
• Maintain and update tooling documentation, standards and repair guidelines.
• Support repairs, refurbishments, and component replacements with internal and external suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on tooling reliability and uptime.
