• 5+ years as a shift lead for Tools.
• 8+ years of IT experience; 3+ years as a network engineer, system engineer, or database engineer.
• 3+ years with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
• 2+ years with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
• 3 years of customer-facing role/interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical lead for the relevant Service Tower.
• Be the subject matter expert for various related topics.
• Review adherence to SLA’s and update key performance metrics.
• Administer the Enterprise Monitoring Systems.
