Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling Engineer to design and lead studies for toll facilities in the North Region. The role supports advanced data analysis, project coordination, and technical leadership across projects.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure QA/QC of deliverables, and collaborate with clients to drive the technical vision while balancing travel requirements and project demands across offices in the North Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, potentially as Project Technical Leader.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for highway planning studies.
• Coordinate technical content and ensure accuracy of deliverables across projects.
• Mentor junior staff; provide thorough editing of drafts and QA/QC of deliverables.
• Manage overall task execution and QA/QC procedures.
