Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of integration experience with TIBCO suite of products.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Hands-on expertise with TIBCO products BW, EMS, and Adapters.
• Strong experience with SOA principles and implementing web services in TIBCO Business Works.
• Prior experience on real-time integration with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Experience with TIBCO BE and Active Spaces preferred.
• Good understanding of development best practices.
• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integration components.
• Well versed with Unix commands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator is a plus.
