Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Cyber Threat Emulation Senior Operator to build next-generation threat emulation capabilities for a global enterprise. This hands-on role requires developing new capabilities, not just operating a red team, and involves experimenting with attack techniques and AI-enabled tooling.

You will work across identity, endpoint, cloud, applications, and AI-enabled environments, collaborating with defenders to improve controls and enable scalable simulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in red teaming and offensive security testing.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end engagements in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of attack techniques across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, apps, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end red team engagements across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Develop custom offensive security tooling and reusable attack capabilities.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for reconnaissance, planning, vulnerability analysis, and post-exploitation emulation.
• Mentor practitioners and collaborate with defenders during purple team exercises.
