Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Threat Detection Engineer to join the Security Operations team in an on-site role in New York or Pittsburgh.

You will develop and optimize enterprise threat detection across monitoring platforms, build detection content, and drive incident identification using MITRE ATT&CK. You will collaborate with SOC, cyber defense, and threat intelligence teams, while shaping cloud, endpoint, and network detection strategies and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity and security operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar.
• Proficiency in building detection content and threat-hunting methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud security, EDR technologies, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
