Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) in a senior, field-based role.

You will drive regional strategy, build relationships with national and regional thought leaders, and coordinate with Medical Affairs and field teams to align disease education and market development with regulatory stages. Responsibilities include leading engagement programs, mapping referral networks, and translating insights into actionable plans while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific/public health or business degree preferred.
• 8+ years in biopharmaceutical field roles (e.g., field marketing, TLL, market development or related).
• Recent experience in rare or ultra-rare disease, neurology, neuromuscular disease, genetics, or diagnostics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Map priority institutions, thought leaders and referral relationships across the region.
• Coordinate with MSLs on shared leaders, scientific needs and joint engagements.
• Lead regional thought-leader engagement and education programs (nonpromotional pre-approval; promotional post-approval).
• Capture aggregate field insights and translate into regional business plans.
