Responsibilities

• Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies as appropriate.
• Lead and/or develop, and execute complex system projects; leads module design and engineering; contributes to the design of complex modules/sub-modules; qualify complex systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of complex problems; support physics-related applications in lab and field.
• Provide mentoring for less experienced physicists/scientists; review and approve system requirements.
• Plan feasibility studies of new technologies and lead decision making; demonstrate new capabilities.
