Job summary

MODULE X SOLUTIONS is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing company based in Shreveport, LA, serving marquee clients in renewable energy, network infrastructure, battery storage, and more. The Testing Technician Lead supports production through comprehensive equipment testing and troubleshooting, providing feedback to improve quality.

After training, you will liaise between engineering and production teams on site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade school certification a plus.
1–3 years in testing/manufacturing/production support role.
Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance.
Adherence to safety, quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

Perform power-up procedures for buildings using AC and DC electrical systems.
Conduct functional testing of building systems per test procedures.
Diagnose and resolve issues with CAT6 network connections; perform terminations as needed.
Troubleshoot electrical power and signal conductors to ensure equipment functionality.
Use computer-based tools to interface with and interpret data from test equipment.
Develop and refine test plans with Production and QC teams.
Perform on-site equipment commissioning for skids and modular buildings.
Interact with customers during inspections as needed.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
