• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and function generators.
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and datasheets.
• Knowledge of PCBA testing standards and QC processes.
• Attention to detail and precise measurement skills.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge and practice of ESD precautions and safe handling of electronics.

Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a Senior Test Technician who epitomizes technical and operational excellence. In this role, you will work on multiple projects, demonstrating strong troubleshooting, testing, and validation skills. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency. As a Senior Test Technician, you will support engineering and production teams by performing detailed testing and inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with specifications. Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

Compensation:
The hourly range for this role is$28.36-$45.38 per hour.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
