  • Operate oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, digital multimeters, data acquisition systems, and environmental test equipment supporting engineering investigations.
  • Verify calibration status, operational readiness, and configuration control of laboratory equipment and test assets.
  • Partner with electrical, mechanical, RF, software, manufacturing, quality, and engineering support personnel to resolve technical issues supporting verification and production testing.
  • Document test results, discrepancies, nonconformances, hardware configurations, and engineering observations supporting configuration‑controlled products.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians while maintaining laboratory readiness, tooling, fixtures, and engineering hardware.
  • Maintain laboratory records, calibration logs, equipment maintenance records, and test documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Apply configuration management, ESD controls, FOD prevention, laboratory safety requirements, and AS9100 quality standards throughout testing activities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to laboratory workflows, test processes, equipment utilization, and test repeatability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree, technical certification, formal occupational training, military training, or equivalent hands‑on experience in engineering technology, electronics, manufacturing technology, or a related technical discipline required. 5–7 years of related experience in engineering support, manufacturing, laboratory testing, systems integration, or technical operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of laboratory operations, functional testing, system integration, environmental testing, and aerospace verification practices.
  • Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, interface documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Expertise operating oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, digital multimeters, power supplies, data acquisition systems, and environmental test equipment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of configuration management, ESD controls, FOD prevention, calibration practices, and AS9100 quality standards.
  • Ability to accurately document test activities, hardware configurations, discrepancies, engineering observations, and calibration records.
  • Demonstrates strong technical judgment, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to provide guidance during complex laboratory and verification activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
