Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in software testing, 5+ years in leadership, and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee testing strategies and plans.
• Manage a team of test engineers.

• Identify and mitigate risks in the SDLC.
• Establish testing frameworks, tools and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
