Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Analyst who will develop and execute test strategies for short and intermediaterange air and missile defense systems for the SHIELD Project Office. Following DoW 5000 Series Acquisition guidance, you will support earlylifecycle test planning to inform Phase Adaptive Approach decisions. You will have the opportunity to work with Product Managers and Integrated Product Teams to build T&E Master Plans, design and schedule test events, coordinate resources, and deliver clear, technically sound analysis to senior decisionmakers. The role requires coordination across CPE Defensive Fires offices and external test partners to ensure aligned test outcomes.

• 5 years of direct T&E experience on Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems (PATRIOT, IBCS, LTAMDS, MSHORAD, IFPC Inc 2, Avenger)
• Working technical knowledge of launcher, missile, radar, and Command and Control (C2) subsystems and how they integrate at the system and system-of-systems level
• Experience in an Army acquisition position and/or Army Project Management Office
• Working knowledge of DoW and Army acquisition processes and T&E procedures, including TEMP development, DT/OT execution, and milestone decision support
• Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance
