Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Senior Test Engineer at Buckley Space Force Base to support the FORGE Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 Operational Support (FLITE+) program. The role emphasizes system design, engineering and integration, and continuous operational support to accelerate delivery of software and hardware to operational environments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with 15+ years of test, integration, and verification experience.
Experience in complex or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of structured test methodologies and configuration management practices.
Ability to brief technical findings to program leadership.
Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced independent support to MW system verification and validation activities.
Develops and executes test plans and procedures ensuring requirements traceability.
Performs integration and operational test oversight in system of-systems environments.
Analyzes test results and identifies technical risks.
Provides recommendations to improve verification effectiveness and system reliability.
Coordinates with engineering and operations teams to support mission assurance.
