Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a technically strong candidate for the Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) team in Westlake Village. You will help build models, analytical tools, and testing scripts to monitor process health and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with process/data owners, design testing methodologies, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators. This role emphasizes automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience applying test design to process and control assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop testing scripts and methodologies for end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop models, analytical tools, and testing scripts for operational health insights.
• Collaborate with process and data owners to understand data, flows, and controls.
• Design methodologies to evaluate process effectiveness and compliance.
