Job description

The Partner Test Tech team is responsible for ensuring a high‑quality Netflix experience on smart TVs and set‑top devices by building and maintaining device automation and infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Identify and implement solutions to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness of software releases
• Improve developer experience and change‑velocity in JavaScript repositories
• Shape the testing pyramid with efficient coding patterns in test automation
• Drive diversity and stability across a fleet of in‑house CE devices using data‑driven approaches to ensure efficient use of devices
• Gather and analyze metrics with internal teams to identify trends and opportunities to improve testing at lower cost

Compensation for this role is a base salary ranging from $388,000.00 to $558,000.00. Netflix also offers comprehensive benefits including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) plan with employer match, a stock option program, disability programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family‑forming benefits, life and serious injury benefits, and paid leave of absence. Full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off; full‑time salaried employees are entitled to flexible time off.
