Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Cucumber.
• Strong written communication for high-stakes emails.
• Calm under scope changes for SF clients.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Exploratory Testing-based applications.
• Push Exploratory Testing changes safely behind flags for quick San Francisco rollbacks.
• Explain tradeoffs of qTest to executives in plain terms.
• Turn Exploratory Testing on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Build dashboards to reduce requests for numbers from the tech team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver freelance projects.
