Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Principal Product Test Engineer for the Advanced Compute platform in Florence, KY. You will lead technical directions for NPIs and collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance and reliability across server/storage platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop robust test infrastructure, and contribute to cross‑functional execution while maintaining documentation and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with software manufacturing test development or sustaining for enterprise server/storage/networking products.
• Strong programming/scripting skills and Linux proficiency.
• Experience leading New Product Introductions (NPI) and manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of Advanced Compute Platform NPIs and manufacturing programs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and ensure product requirements alignment.
• Define and collaborate on test infrastructure and architectures for scalable manufacturing.
