Job summary

DCG Poland is looking for an experienced tester to join their team in New York. The role involves planning and executing test activities, evaluating results, and ensuring documentation is maintained. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on testing experience and a strong command of various testing tools and frameworks.

In addition, knowledge of file formats, programming skills in Python, and experience with CI tools are necessary. The position offers private medical care and sports card co-financing as perks.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with databases (MSSQL) and writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, control, and ensure execution of test activities at initiative level following Nordea standards
Evaluate test results and support decision-making in test-related processes
Create and maintain test documentation and report test execution progress in Qtest
Document test results and support defect management
Implement manual and automated test cases and improve test frameworks
Create and execute test cases according to project deadlines
Provide testing support for resolving production issues
Utilize best practices in test tools and testing processes
Write automated test cases using Gherkin or similar language
Collaborate with stakeholders and capability/function leads in testing activities
Analyze requirements and prepare test data, environments, and service virtualization
Increase test efficiency at team level through proper test setup and execution
