Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience in financial services, retail, or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing job requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Passion for providing exceptional service with integrity.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to diverse members through prompt, courteous interactions.
• Analyze members' needs while processing transactions and offer relevant products and services.
• Build relationships with members through listening and communication to support financial wellbeing.
• Open accounts and submit simple loan applications after needs assessment.
• Engage with members via outbound calls and community events when appropriate.
• Adopt new tools to enhance member experience and consultation process.
