• Ability to communicate information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with basic math for cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to apply instructions and solve routine problems.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, pays out cash, and handles negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Sets up, closes and balances teller station.
• Records sales of monetary instruments.
• Assists customers with inquiries in person or by telephone.
• Maintains neat and well stocked teller area.
• Cross sells bank products and services.
• Follows limits established for protection of customer accounts and bank safety and soundness.
• Adheres to bank policies and procedures.
• Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• Balances vault, ATM, Night Drop, Coin Machine as assigned.
• Scans bank documents and proof work.
• Exercise sound judgement when applying holds and making check cashing decisions.
• Assist other tellers with decision making within their authority limits.
• Cross train to open all standard consumer accounts.
• Adheres to work schedule. Must be flexible in availability for work schedule.
• Maintains positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• May be required to work an alternative location within the region or market.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
