Job summary

Onsite/Remote options are available, with engagement across LAN/WAN/voice/video systems. The candidate will translate business needs into concrete telecom designs, support construction wiring, and deliver engineering analyses for modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT/telecom experience in a switching environment.
• Experience configuring gateways, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP platforms.
• Familiarity with TDM, Dialogic, and SIP/H.323 VoIP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into telecom design and ordering (LAN/CAN/WAN/voice/video).
• Design cabling for voice, data, video, and wireless infrastructure.
• Perform engineering analysis of telecom options for public safety agencies including 9-1-1.
• Develop recommendations and supporting metrics.
• Provide program management and present to national, state and local officials.
