Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer in Indianapolis to facilitate high-volume technical instruction and mentor Associate Trainers. This role requires 6-9 years of experience in structured cabling, preferably in telecommunications or data center environments. Responsibilities include delivering training, supporting onboarding, and tracking trainee progress. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a 100% onsite position with a contract duration until August 2026, at a bill rate of $66/hr.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of field industry experience in structured cabling installation, preferably fiber.
• Experience within telecom, low voltage, network infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Experience delivering training and mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate employee onboarding and technical training programs.
• Deliver instructor-led training and practical exercises.
• Partner with stakeholders on training initiatives.
• Document employee performance and training outcomes.
• Assess training needs through interviews and surveys.

Skills

Structured cabling installation
