Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Tegra Software Engineer to develop bare metal firmware, software, and applications for security use cases on Tegra SoCs. You will handle security and system software issues, work on Root of Trust, and participate in the silicon lifecycle from pre-silicon to bring-up.

Collaboration with architecture and various teams is essential to improve future NVIDIA SoCs. You will specify and implement test cases, drive improvements in test automation and software quality, and

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant software development experience.
Strong system software engineering skills with a drive to tackle hard problems.
Proficiency in C, C++, and Assembly language.
Experience in Rust and Ada/Spark is a plus.
Good understanding of OS internals, embedded systems, and security software.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop bare metal firmware, software, and applications for security use cases and proofs of concept.
Handle and debug security and system software issues for Tegra SoC.
Work on ROT (Root of Trust) build in the cryptographic security system.
Participate in silicon lifecycle from pre-silicon to bring-up phases.
Specify and implement test cases and improve test automation and software quality.
Collaborate with architecture and other software/hardware teams to improve next-gen NVIDIA SoCs.
Engage with technology partners to ensure integration and performance.
