Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Specialist to shape and deliver innovative technology solutions for In Cab Experiences and AI Assist features.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Engineering and Strategy teams to define requirements and align initiatives with customer needs. This full-time role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration and prioritization to deliver value for Caterpillar customers and machines.

• Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned to business objectives.
• Establish and manage product line priorities and manage investments.
• Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, product capabilities, and features.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
• Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication of strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve product roadmaps and ensure execution.
