Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Infosys

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
This position is based in Miami, FL.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 11 years of experience.
Develop and implement technical specifications.
Understand functional specifications.
Develop and implement Program Objects.
Perform unit testing.
Support other forms of testing.
Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP/ODATA/CDS.
Leadership experience in team management.
Strong skills in technical architecture, hands-on activities, and solution assurance.
Experience with reports – ALV, Classical, Module pool programs.
Knowledge of interfaces - File based, OData, Web Services, Proxies, RFC, ALE/IDOC, BAPI.
Experience with data conversion tools - LSMW, BDC / Custom Built.
Knowledge of enhancements - User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework.
Experience with forms - SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe forms.
Knowledge in OO ABAP, BRF+.
Knowledge of Workflow and Webdynpro.
Knowledge in S/4HANA is an added advantage.
Ability to participate in knowledge transition sessions.
Provide status reports for projects to management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in the Utility Industry is preferred.
