Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 7 years’ experience
  • Master's Degree in CS with 6 years’ experience
  • PhD with 2 years’ experience
  • Experience with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) and strong understanding of agentic development workflows
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments
  • Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks
  • Experience with DevOps toolchains and Git-based workflows
  • Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, and validation in regulated environments
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Job Description

Technical contributor responsible for designing, engineering, and continuouslyoptimizingsoftware delivery pipelines and full stack applications in support of modern, scalable, and compliant development environments. The role combines CI/CD pipeline engineering, application development, and platform integration to enable efficient, automated, and governed software delivery. A key focus is the integration of agentic (AI-supported) development capabilities into the software lifecycle, ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and compliance by design. The position requires the ability to implement end-to-end technical solutions across application and platform layers, while continuously improving engineering practices, tooling, and delivery standards in alignment with enterprise IT and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and modern web applications using frameworks such as .NET, Python, React, or similar technologies
  • Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk,OpenTelemetry, or similar tools
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
