Senior Technology Architect - Java/Microservices (Anywhere In US) • Full-time

Qualifications

• Basic
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred
  • At least 10+ years of experience in creating requirements specifications based on design, detailing, application integration, and coding.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE applications development using Spring/Spring Boot; strong hands-on with Tomcat/IBM WebSphere; strong Linux skills; experience with supporting frameworks like Ant, Maven, Groovy; exposure to tools like Jenkins, JMeter, SOAP UI, Git, Stash; RESTful services implementation; understanding REST/JSON vocabulary; PAAS and IAAS offerings.
  • At least 7 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
  • At least 7 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Analytical and strong communication skills; planning and coordination abilities.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
