Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes; draft proposals for new systems.
• Analyze needs, study software options across platforms to help departments meet goals.
• Determine requirements; document design; write specifications; walkthrough proposed solutions.
• Assess feasibility and requirements for new/enhanced systems; ensure user needs are met.
• May implement and enhance software; develop, test, and deploy changes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for digital services.
• Coordinate with users to determine needs; analyze feedback; train users on new capabilities.
• Prepare service requests and estimate effort and costs; prioritize requests.
• Provide production support and assist with scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to complete projects and requests.
• Determine database structures; normalize data; generate reports as needed.
• Set security levels and test database applications for functionality.
