Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance, to perform preventive maintenance and repairs ensuring safety, functionality, and appearance of Walmart facilities and equipment. Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Or 6 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years.
• No serious traffic violations under FMCSA rules in the last three years.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures using multiple craft skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs, and to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines, ensuring compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Experience managing work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor coordination to support operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in training, mentoring, and overseeing less‑experienced associates and serving as job foreman.
• Proficient in documenting maintenance activities, compiling budget information, and submitting warranty claims accurately.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
