Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in using authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in managing documentation projects and teams.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
