Job summary

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Technical Targeter in Sterling, VA. The role supports tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence with a focus on target analysis, link discovery, and collection planning.

The ideal candidate will hold an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, at least 14 years of targeting or intel experience, and demonstrated ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences. You will draft and disseminate targeting reports and briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Minimum 14 years targeting or intel ops experience.
• Target-package building experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience briefing materials to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced experience using targeting and partner analytic tools.
• Experience with communications infrastructure.
• Ability to identify and assess entities, vulnerabilities and technology trends for new collection ops.
• Ability to deliver clear briefings to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of analytical methodologies to support technical issues including target analysis and link/relationship discovery.
• Describe collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
• Operate in high-pressure environments and manage large and small projects.
• Draft and disseminate written reports and targeting packages.
