Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup building portable nuclear microreactors, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to own the top of the funnel and build strategic pipelines for engineers and operators. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies that attract the best talent in the industry.

• Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-find, passive talent across a wide range of disciplines.
• Strong research and Boolean search skills, with a creative approach to candidate generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in outreach and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

About Radiant

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. Portable nuclear power with rapid-deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant’s unique, practical approach to nuclear development leverages modern software engineering to rapidly deliver safe, factory-built microreactors that use existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.

Senior Technical Talent Sourcer

Radiant is seeking a bold, resourceful, and mission-driven Senior Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top-tier talent in a high-growth, startup environment. You will own the top of the funnel, building strategic pipelines and driving outreach efforts that fuel Radiant’s ability to hire world-class engineers, operators, and innovators. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, loves the hunt for exceptional talent, and takes pride in unearthing candidates others might overlook. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies that attract the best talent in the industry. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the team that will deliver the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong research and Boolean search skills, with a creative approach to candidate generation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in outreach and engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to meet company goals.

• Must work 100% onsite at Radiant’s El Segundo HQ.
